Position: Full-Time Barback
Responsibilities:
- Delight our guests with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations at every opportunity.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment by collaborating effectively with fellow team members.
- Exhibit strong organizational and efficiency skills to handle fast-paced service with precision.
- Possess a deep understanding of food and beverage to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying up-to-date with industry trends and refining your craft.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends and holidays, to accommodate our guests' needs.
- Assist bartenders with stocking and closing.
Qualifications:
- Passion for hospitality and a genuine love for food, cocktails, and fine dining experiences.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food and beverage best practices and a desire to expand your knowledge in the field.
- 1 year restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale cocktail bar.
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
